Qualifications – MBA in HR / Internship in HR or Graduate with exper in HR
Skill Set – Good communication skills , MS excel / Presentation.
We are searching for a motivated HR person to join our growing team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will wear many hats, handling a variety of HR domains from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities-
reporting to Head HR
Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new employee orientation.
Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personal details, job history, and benefits information.
Assisting employees with benefits inquiries, managing enrollments, and coordinating with benefits providers.
Organizing and scheduling training programs, tracking employee development, and maintaining training records
Handling HR-related paperwork, scheduling meetings, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.
E2e corporate HR handling
Onboarding of new employees
Coordinating various HR tasks on behalf of Head HR
Maintain accurate employee records/database in MIS and HR systems
Participate in HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a Graduate in HR related field.
0 to 1 years of experience / Fresher will also do with MBA in HR
Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
